    A worker from the company came to replace a fence post. They asked if there was a water line near the post. I told them I didn't know being a relatively new owner of the house. I had hoped he would be careful. He replaced the post. When I ran my irrigation system days later, I discovered water flowing up from out of the ground next to the fence post. The company has not answered my emails asking for them to fix this.

    We are sadden to hear Mr. ****** experience, he did send to one employee only an email regarding this issue, however this employee is on vacation and thus we were not made aware of his concerns nor did he place a call to inform us until his BBB complaint.
    Regarding his situation I have attached his legal signed Terms of Service, Highlighted you will be able to see that, while unfortunate, Fence Direct is not liable for any damage to unmarked irrigation lines. As per Mr. ****** Testimony he himself was not sure as the homeowner what is underground and our installer worked as careful as he could with the information provided.
    This job was performed on the exact same location the old post was. We removed the old post and placed a new one in it's place.
    However seeing as Mr. ****** has had some issues regarding the time of response Fence Direct offers $50.00 Discount/ Credit for the inconvenience.
