      As a business owner, I regret to share my extremely disappointing experience with VSC Fire and Security. We hired VSC to handle our fire safety inspections, expecting professionalism and reliability. Unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory.Despite paying for their services, we failed multiple inspections by the fire department on a major installation that had a big price tag. We received no proactive communication or support from VSC after these failures, leaving us to wonder about the quality of their work. To make matters worse, we received a threatening letter from VSC demanding payment for work that never passed inspection.When VSC finally sent someone out to clarify the work that was done, we discovered that our facility had not been monitored since the equipment was installed over a year ago. This negligence put us in serious danger, as we were completely unaware of any issues with our fire safety systems. This level of oversight and lack of monitoring is not only unacceptable but also potentially dangerous.Despite multiple opportunities to make things right, VSC has done nothing to address these issues or to ensure our safety. As a business owner, I find their lack of accountability and professionalism deeply concerning. I cannot recommend VSC Fire and Security to any business looking for reliable fire safety services. We are extremely unhappy with their services and the way our concerns have been handled.
