    On or about 30 June 2022, I called AA Fleet Service because my Motorhome was not building air pressure. Without air pressure my RV was not drivable and i requested a mobile service call. When the mechanic arrived he proceeded to try, and failed, to remove the air compressor attached to the engine. He said that he had tested the air compressor by removing a hose and that there was no air being generated by the compressor therefore it was bad and needed to be replaced. I am not a mechanic but the air compressor itself is probably the last part that should have been suspected with a no air pressure symptom. He never examined the governor or dryer, any air hoses or the air tank. After a few minutes of trying to remove the compressor he came to me and said that there was a stuck bolt and he could not remove the compressor at my location and that my 27,000 lbs RV would have to be towed to his shop for repairs. He also said that while he was trying to remove the compressor he had observed that the RV levelers needed servicing as well. I explained to him and later to his office that having my RV towed would cost $1500 or more and i was not prepared to pay that. This service call costed me $372 for nothing. Furthermore, the air compressor was and is fine. The reason for no air pressure was because the air tank drain plug was missing as in the artached picture. Once the drain plug was installed the air system works fine. However my leveling system doesn't work. I am not suggesting that it was tampered with but having failed to correctly diagnose my air pressure problem it's interesting that he was able to correctly predict that I would be having a leveling issue soon.
