    They did a terrible job cleaning the floors. Then they put wax over the dirty floor. They left floor stripper residue all over my walls and baseboards. They first denied it saying my baseboards were already dirty. Then they admitted to it but said if they clean it the paint will be ruined. I asked for a refund since they could not solve the issue and they refused. Therefore, I now have to paint my whole house plus get the floors re cleaned plus the $525 I lost paying them.

    The floors, baseboards and lower portions of the walls in the home we were commissioned to clean were extraordinarily dirty prior to our arrival. However, we are an experienced cleaning company and experts in the business - dirty floors are our specialty. The service you received and paid for consisted of stripping and waxing 700 square feet of dirty and aged linoleum flooring. Once the job was complete and the floors were left looking better than they had likely looked in years, you called in to claim that the grime on the baseboards and walls, now highlighted since the floors were no longer dirty as well, was due to our cleaning service. Our company offered to go back to the property and clean the baseboards, though not one of our offered services, in effort to satisfy you, the customer. You refused. Then, we offered to pay for a color-matched paint and corresponding painting service for the areas you claimed were covered in floor stripper residue. You also refused. Had ************** been unable to clean the floors due to their original state and left the job incomplete, we would gladly offer a refund. However, while we do believe in customer satisfaction and want to stand by the saying, the customer is always right, it is clear in the before-and-after photos that the floors are not only perfectly clean but also significantly in better condition than before. Thus respectfully, we believe that after offering 2 options to resolve this issue, there is no solution-based offer we could make to satisfy your complaints and regret that our efforts have been received poorly.
