      All Flooring USA did an outstanding job on our large flooring project! We were updating every floor in our 3000 sq. ft. home. Kenny was very welcoming, helped us pick out the right flooring, quickly measured and provided a very competitive estimate. Mario was an awesome project manager who responded quickly to every question. He was on-site almost every day throughout the project. The installers were artists who worked very hard and transformed our home. We can't thank Kenny, Mario and the All Flooring USA team enough for a truly fantastic experience. I would recommend them highly!

      All Flooring USA installed vinyl flooring in 3 of my bedrooms. Upon pulling up the laminate flooring a lot of moisture was detected. Fans were used in all rooms especially my bedroom. My bedroom had to have fans on for a week. Despite this the vinyl flooring was installed without a moisture barrier.I had asked why and I was told it was not necessary. Needless to say within 4 months the flooring started to buckle and come up. The Operation Manager came to my house and said it was from my husband's companion wheelchair. Due to this it was not under the year warranty. I had a Flooring Specialist come out who said it was from moisture. I had to hire Attorney. When all was said and done they gave me back $2,000.00. It cost me more than that to have my bedroom pulled up and re-installed. My other 2 rooms are now doing the same thing and need to be replaced. Do not use them. They do not stand by their warranty. It is now costing me double. Be careful who you hire !!!

      Mrs **********, I am aware that we installed cabinets for you in May 2019, satisfactorily and Luxury Vinyl Plank in June 2021. And we appreciate you as a repeat client as well as over 16,000 other customers we have had the honor to install flooring for. Although Sylvia advised you against LVP for wheelchair use, you insisted that it was "light" and ok. I take responsibility for that, and as you stated, we refunded your Master Bedroom vinyl; $2,000. As we do stand behind our customers and products. I was not aware that you have had concerns regarding moisture in your other 2 bedrooms with the water proof vinyl we installed one and a half years ago. Perhaps due to hurricane Ian?
