      Scam of a company!!! Specially the location on E Silver Springs Blvd. Management staff is incompetent and fraudulent. The manager leaves all of her underlings to do her job for her all while they recieve below minimum wage. The store manager at this location has been reported for numerous offenses of unprofessional behavior and still has had a job with the company for years. As it seems no higher Management have put in the work to actually replace her. On top of not paying there shift leads a decent wage. They pay them ********************************************************************************************************************************************** charge of. Do not work here!!

      We went upon a friend's suggestion. The Manager said that I need to go out to the Patio with my Service Dog, SD. I said absolutely not and we sat down and then I explained how the American Disabilities Act, ADA, states that he is allowed. She NEVER asked the two questions allowed. The manager, I do not know her name, said that she has studied the ADA, and even though I gave her the wrong name she never corrected me on it, said it was updated this year, 2022, to state that dogs cannot enter into any restaurants. It has NOT been updated since 2010. I asked for the Owners information when she said this was told to her BY THE OWNER. The card I was given is for Allison Stubbs, Marketing Manager , NOT owner. Q10 of the ADA frequently asked questions says "Q10. Can a person bring a service animal with them as they go through a salad bar or other self-service food lines? A. Yes. Service animals must be allowed to accompany their handlers to and through self-service food lines. Similarly, service animals may not be prohibited from communal food preparation areas, such as are commonly found in shelters or dormitories." I cannot give this place a rating due to this experience. I did not enjoy the Italian Ice from this establishment. I cannot recommend this place to the general public. AND the ADA states " A person with a disability cannot be asked to remove his service animal from the premises unless: (1) the dog is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it or (2) the dog is not housebroken. When there is a legitimate reason to ask that a service animal be removed, staff must offer the person with the disability the opportunity to obtain goods or services without the animal's presence.". The manager verified that the dog is NOT out of control, and I have pictures, to verify this. I just CANNOT recommend this establishment.
