      Overcharged and Dishonest. Stay away!I was charged $468 for a 45 minute job that basically straightened out a roller bracket no new parts. For that I was charged $179 for Starting reset fee, $150 for General rebuilding/modifying, $99 for Flat labor rate, and $40 for Service call trip and diagnosis fee thats over $10 per minute! I complained to ***** that these charges were duplicative and he offered some reimbursement, which he never paid. Ive tried to reach him several times, but no call back. Thus, this very negative review. Stay away!

      I purchased a new garage door from this company. The scheduling was messy and unprofessional. They sent me emails that they will show up one day but they didn't and were unresponsive to emails. Finally, the new garage door was installed on 6/30, the house was vacant for a month, and when new occupants moved in on 8/3 the garage door didn't open. A few screws fell off and the garage door was not working. I emailed them and didn't get a response, so I called and explained the issue. No apologies received; Britt told she would see when someone could go in. I told her it was urgent, due to the movers coming in the next day. She said she didn't have any tech that day and the best she could do was the next day in the afternoon. I told her again that it was urgent and the installation was faulty, so it was important to have a good tech going in shortly. Having screws falling off could be dangerous and shows very poor installation practices. She was very rude and told me there was nothing else they could do.
      I would seriously warn about doing business with this company. This is not only about money, but about safety that they don't care about.

      We received a call from Ms. ***** on August 7th 2023. The door was install on June 30th, 2023. Due to one of my techs off for a death in the family. We where not able to get to her until 2-4 the next day. This was not good enough for her and she decided to call someone else. We only replaced the door. the opener which is what was malfunctioning was the problem. We offered to fix the problem at NO CHARGE but where not able to get to her until the next day. This was just not good enough for her.
