5 stars*************, and the entire crew of Iver Construction is exceptional! I cannot express how thankful I am with my choice in using them amongst others, for my roof project. Wether it was him, his Construction crew or his office staff , everyone was always so polite, professional, and knowledgeable. ************* himself is so well rounded and detailed in his field I was amazed. From the beginning of the project to the very end I was given nothing but satisfaction and they are quick as well. The clean up process in the end was also a great satisfaction. Iver Construction have left me very happy and satisfied, and this is the reason why I am recommending them to everyone who is looking for a great company with fair pricing, knowledge and good work ethics. They recently completed a roof replacement on my home, and from start to finish, their service was exemplary.From the initial consultation, it was clear that Iver Construction values professionalism and customer satisfaction. The project manager, ****, was knowledgeable and took the time to inspect my roof and explain all the options available. He provided a detailed, transparent estimate and answered all my questions.The scheduling process was seamless. The crew arrived promptly and was courteous, well-organized, and respectful of my property. They took every precaution to protect my landscaping and outdoor furniture.The quality of their work is outstanding. They used top-of-the-line materials and demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship. The end result is a beautiful, durable roof that has significantly improved the appearance and value of my home.A standout feature was their use of drone technology to document the project. They sent a drone video showing the before and after states of my roof, providing a clear and comprehensive view of the entire process.Moreover, Iver Construction maintained a clean and safe work environment. They meticulously cleaned up the site at the end of each day, ensuring that there were no loose nails or debris left behind.Throughout the project, communication was excellent. **** kept me informed of progress and any unexpected issues that arose. I’d like to thank Habib and Angel from Iver Construction. I’m a disabled veteran and needed some upgrades in my home. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. The work they’ve done is exceptional. Our kitchen looks amazing and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend to everyone, especially veterans. Habib does high quality work for the VA.

This letter is being written to inform your company of our positive experience with Juan, Habib, and Iver Construction when dealing with the recovery and repairs needed to our home because of serious damage caused by hurricane Ian that landed on September 28, 2022. From our first encounter to the end of our repairs, Juan has been the most polite, helpful, and reliable of all the people that we have had to deal with regarding repairs for the past seven months. We would recommend your company, especially dealing with Juan, Julio, and Habib, who are part of the Iver family, for their taking our calls, providing quick information on schedules and for solving situations that arose.

This was my first time using a roofing company and I couldn't be more happy with the results. They did an excellent job in no time. They are very responsive and professional. I will definetly recommended Iver Construction.

This was my first time dealing with a construction company and I couldn't be happier with IVER. They did an excellent job on my roof and interior ceiling of my house. Timely and quality work. IVER did a fantastic job on my roof. Timely and quality. I couldn't believe how fast they completed the job. It actually took longer to get the shingles because of hurricane Ian than it took them to finish. I'm recommending IVER to all my family and friends .Iver Construction LLC
