    Social media add offering free sample of their product, just pay shipping. Completed the order that showed only the shipping charge and they ended up charging my credit card for MORE than what I would've paid had I bought the product at full price. They also charged my card for that amount TWICE. Attempted to contact them and received no response or explanation.

    Date of Transaction: June 9, 2024 Amount Paid: $98.28 They had advertised a golf swing tool on ******** which was supposed to be shipped out at $3.88 but what happened was they charged me in the amount of $14.28, $15.28 and then $98.28. I emailed them requesting for the refund for $14.28 and $15.28. I did not see they had charged me for $98.28 until a few days later. I received the refund for $14.28 and $15.28. I emailed them multiple times requesting for the refund for $98.28 but have not heard back. I had to dispute the charge through my bank and they are in the process of sending me a new card. I attempted to log onto their website and it looks like it is no longer up. I'll provide screenshots of what I emailed and their website contact information.
