      Starting February 1st 2023 I started paying *********************** to create a childrens book called Momentous Mama.The funds I paid in total equaled out to 810 dollars. The last payment made was on December 29th 2023. I have the log via cash app showing consistent payments to ***** to work on the book. ********* have texts weve exchanged regarding the book(Momentous Mama) Also screenshots of a conversation we had on their company website(Tipping Toast Media )I let ********** the person I was chatting with on their site to handle this matter of no services being rendered. What Tipping Toast Media was committed to providing was:the responsibility to conduct themselves professionally, be responsive to customers,and resolve disputes that arise. Thats what those that are providing a service through Thumbtack agree to. When what I got was the exact opposite.On march 4th I had a conversation via Tipping Toast Medias website with **** to discuss this matter. On march 4th at 9:20 am I was told that my project was a active ******* still owe money.I told him I was fully unaware that the project was active because ***** blocked me on social media,ignored calls and texts.Which lead me to believe that he took my funds of 810 and skipped out on the project which is why I wanted a refund. I wanted to fully pull out &wanted my full amount back because he pulled out.And I didnt feel right with walking away with nothing to show.i let them know that I dont want to be connected to a company that is unprofessional by leaving me on read,by being fully unresponsive& doesnt handle any disputes that had arised.I was denied an agreed upon refund that I have screenshots of & was being bullied into signing a contract.That I didnt sign because they were harassing me.Please reach out to me because theres a lot more to this story. My moms book was never worked on only the cover &they want to keep my money when no services were rendered. Theres so much more to this story #************

Our records and development time tracking show our artists created over 15 custom full color pages for you. These have all been delivered. We have tracked over 100+ hours on your project and you still owe money on multiple unpaid invoices, including late fees for payments not sent. When you first filed your complaint to our online team members, we offered to finish the remaining items of your book, at no charge, in order to help launch your idea. You declined this offer. As of now we have tried all we can to help you and your project has been archived due to non payment and outstanding balances. Please make sure to read our company terms of service on our website again for clarity on all of the items you mentioned. These were shown to you when we started. We do not offer refunds on digital development that has been delivered to a client. You agreed to this before we began design. We wish you luck on your future projects. If you still have questions, we are here everyday of the week, 9-5pm est to assist you!

      I am rejecting this response because: you say I received 15 pages when Ive received nothing. All that was stated is not true.. I have sent payments monthly and owe nothing because no work was done . You say I declined the offer it you wanted to complete the book with non of my say so. With zero revisions.. meaning Id pay into something that I would have no part in .. when its my moms story .. why would I say yes to that ? There was an agreement of 250 at least for no services rendered.. 
      all I want is to fully cut ties , for my moms book to be hers like we agreed and for the 250 refund. I owe nothing .

      There was an agreement to f at least 250 when I paid 810 for not even a page .. for nothing .. this is honestly sad because this is my moms book. I was so excited for her to hold this book. He is saying I owe money but for what? On a project that he even said cant be worked on till paid in full. So how do I owe when nothing was even worked on. Those pictures I sent shows that he is saying that. He is mad because I opened a dispute with you guys and thumbtack thats why he is making the situation worse by saying I have outstanding balances.. but doesnt specify what for .. can you guys call me please ************

      We have worked for over 1 year for your account. The last 6 months with no payment out of good faith. You have multiple outstanding invoices yet to be paid. Sorry but we can no longer work on your account without your balances being paid. If you would like to satisfy these invoices, we can speak about continuing with your project in the future. As of now, we have delivered all items that have been funded. If you cannot find the items, you can grab them on this drive link for your personal files. We wish you luck in the future with your projects.

      I see that youre mentioning that one page all those hours went into that one page ? Im confused because I paid 810 for one page ?  If you spent all those hours on the book then where the rest of the pages? 
      you mentioned sending the pages to me but have received not one minute one sent on the link.
