    I went to Rieg's Gun Shop & Range on January eighteenth to purchase a rifle I was charged nine hundred dollars for the rifle was told to come back in three days to run a background check I was denied the purchase because of my background check and was told if i didn't do a appeal I would loose my money I did the appeal and was still denied so i took the paper stating I was still denied and the gave me a check for six hundred and seventy five dollars I asked why i didn't receive my full amount back being the rifle never left the store and was told it was because of the restocking fee so I deposited the check in my account and desputted the other two hundred and twenty five dollars that I was charged and when I did that the store put a stop payment on the refund check and has yet to give me any of my money back from the purchase I have the letter from the Fdle stating I could not purchase the rifle I have all the receipts of purchase from my bank i used my credit card and my debit card Ive done a dispute and still waiting to get my refund i understand and respect why I was denied purchase but i dont understand why would my refund check be stop when I paid money and did what I was told to do to get my money back.
