    This is really about management for the ** ****** location. I had a horrible experience with Carol (the manager for this location). Being that I pay over $600 monthly, I would think that as the parent, you are able to ask how the funds are disbursed. I was told by Carol that it was none of my business how they disbursed the money we paid them. Very unprofessional. I also spoke with the actual owner (Jeff ****), and as I am speaking with him, she walks into the room wanting a scream match, again very unprofessional from both parties. For this to be a great gym, the management and owner are both very unprofessional. Please think twice about using these gyms.

    This is really about the gym in Lake Mary. The management is horrible. They do not seem to care about the kids. Most of the coaches are in high school or college which would be OK except that means they are constantly changing. I hear they are also treated really badly which makes them want to leave earlier. There was a mass exodus recently with one of the teams and I can definitely see why. Stay away from this gym until they are under new management. They are horrible.
