    What a bunch of clowns! Their appointment setup is completely messed up. They make appointments without consulting you. Then the appointments change - - with no notification! Also, the appointments are made for a specific item, but the paperwork indicates something else. You receive email/txt's indicating you should go to your portal online or thru their App to read important documents regarding your account. However, once at their website you are told you cannot access your portal because they are in the process of starting a new program. How are you supposed to read their messages when you cannot access them?While I cannot say for certain, but I believe the *********************** was scammed when they hired Loyal Source.

    We have attempted to get required health records for a Veterans Affairs claim to no avail. We have submitted a signed authorization for release of medical records four times! Still no records! I have requested that medical records be sent to me directly, however representatives state that they do not provide health records directly to customers! Very concerning and not sure how to resolve this issue.

    The company is constantly contacting me for job opportunities in a field I have retired from. I have repeatedly requested they stop contacting me via email, SMS and phone. They are still continuing to contact me via all these methods
