    I purchased online. I paid for the option of expedited shipping. I have not received. Seller refuses to provide phone number. ****** refuses to answer known phone numbers.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The order was placed 12/9/23 with 5-7 day shipping. By 12/19/23 there was no movement of order and I contacted customer service. I received a response apologizing for the delay in processing the order. So your response that it was delivered on time is false. Your response that the order was complete is also false as two items were ordered and only one was sent. I will be filing a dispute with my bank if you continue to refuse to resolve this issue.

     You did not ship correctly, 2 items in order, only 1 was sent. 

    Have emailed your customer service to have the issue corrected, and was ignored. 

    Ship the other item ordered, the cold stone, and the issue will be resolved. 

    Otherwise I will have to pursue this with **** of America disputes.

    The company simply made the same reply 3 times, ignoring my response each time.

    I will be pursuing this with my bank.

    The company DID NOT make a good faith effort to resolve the issue.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    the Piece is advertised as durable glass when it is very fragile, not durable and for the price, they could be made with higher quality materials. I have seen durable glass products and they don’t just break when dropped.  I have had to replace 3 expensive pieces due to their fragility… and because of these facts I won’t be purchasing from your company again unless you want to provide a free replacement.

    This was not mailed on time, it was not mailed at all. The company did reach out today stating that due to a high demand of orders its waiting to be mailed and gave me a $10 refund for the expedited shipping but not the $150 product that I ordered.

    The item was received broken. I purchased insurance. The representative has not responded. I have no other recourse but dispute the charge.

    Placed order for a Bluetooth speaker on April 28th. As of today, Sept 3, 2022 I have not received a shipping confirmation or a response to the three emails I have sent to the company. However, my bank account was charged at the time I placed the order. I can provide proof of sale as well as the unanswered emails. I would still like to receive the product if that's a possibility, if not I am seeking a refund

    The response from the company was that the product shipped awhile ago..if that's the case then why did I never recieve a shipping confirmation from the company and why didn't they simply respond to any of my emails saying so. I processed the order through Shop app and it still has the order as awaiting shipping. At this point I just want my money back

    My Freeze Pipe Dual Bong is unusable and ending to the bongs glycerin coil to break and the glass getting stuck into the bong. Also the shower head perc won't come out also and I can't remove it without breaking it(like the last time). I have kept the bong clean so I don't know why it's impossible to take them apart. Furthermore having a top heavy bong paired with thin glass isn't a good idea as pictured, no disrespect.

    As read in their post, they broke the unit while using it. We obviously can't offer indefinite warranties on glass pieces in use.
