The complaint is being filed against All Quality Improvements, Inc. for shoddy workmanship on a floor tile installation job that included 4 bedroom floors. The company was paid in excess of $15,000 to do the tile installation of which most of it was installed incorrectly leading to excessive broken tiles. The company agreed in writing to fix the shoddy workmanship, however, they never returned and it has been nearly a year. The second phase of the installation included a worker that admitted on the record that the first phase was shoddy workmanship. After several calls, texts and emails the company accused of intentionally breaking the tile and most recently they requested a representative of Floor Decor to come out and inspect the job. The owner of the company is ******* ******** who lives in ******* *******. Again ******** made many documented commitments to come back and repair the job and never did so. ********* has made consistent time allocations to repair the floor and has never delivered on anything he says. ******** fronts for a general contractor and we have found out that he has several complaints filed on his company for shoddy workmanship on other projects. Lastly the company was paid in full for the work that they never finished.

As I spoke to your ***resentative previously and sent in countless text messages from the contractor to you that clearly states that over the past year he agreed to come back and finish the job and never did. Now all of a sudden a few weeks ago he wants to bring in his insurance *** to the process. All along his *** **** admitted to my wife and I that the initial job done by ******** was done very shoddy and this caused the tile to crack. For him to accuse us of cracking the tile is ludicrous and ******** bares the burden of proof. Please advise at your earliest convenience. Thank you

    Sincerely,
