  The work completed was done very well and the salesman we communicated with was very knowledgeable. The internal communication, project management, and accounting department are a nightmare. Part of their benefit is communicating with insurance for you. I would not recommend this at all or ever. I was told twice that insurance declined to cover a taper system for my flat roof and when I spoke with them post completion, they informed me that they were never contacted. I was able to file a request for reimbursement and was repaid for the taper system installed. Regardless of the quality of work completed, I would never recommend a dishonest company. I only gave 2 stars and not 1 because the work was good but everything else mentioned was a problem.

  We were misled into signing a Contractor Performance Agreement with Priceless, and after having our attorney review the agreement decided we wanted to and were entitled to cancel the contract as we had concerns about the conduct of the Priceless Employee. I have called Priceless now on several occasions and left voice messages seeking a written release from this agreement so we can proceed with a contractor of our choosing. No one from Priceless has answered the phone when I have called the number on your website, nor responded to any of my voicemails. I am now writing a review to you here so that no one else falls into the same issue that I am having as hurricane season is upon us. Please reference your email or voice mailbox for my information.

  The overall experience from Priceless Home Improvement, ******* and ***** was awful. Their communication throughout the whole process was horrendous on all aspects of the business. Many times during the job, I was ignore when questioning the status of the roof. A follow up was required every time I had sent out communication to get a response. Also when speaking with the manager, *****, he never fully articulated the reasoning for the increase in price for the roof (from the beginning scope of the project to the final invoice). I was met with threats, yelling and demeaning language demanding I pay the invoice when I was simply questioning the increase of the invoice. What is also troubling is he had said that overhead and profit is not included in their original scope of contract and that is standard practice for them. The project was supposed to replace the roof, replace the fence and also fix the interior living room. The fence was never replace, and the living room was only painted. The invoice stated several lines that was never done, I.E. scrap surface area, paint crown molding, final cleaning. The worst part of this job was the increase in price for the roof. The original scope of the WHOLE project was for $8k, the final invoice inflated to $20k. When questioning the invoice, it was stated that supplementals was required to finish the roof. But that only equated to $3.3k. Nothing in the invoice stated, any work to bring the roof up to date, replace any rafters. (The bolded items are the supplementals) ******* or ***** was not able to explain the rest of the difference. If you do decide to go with this company. Be prepared to pay $20k for a 1250 sq ft roof. Met with horrible communication, and questionable at best business practices.

  Unfortunately my experience with Priceless Home Improvements was horrific. I've been going back and forth with the corrections that needed to be made after inspection failed Oct 2022. Evenhough, the second inspection is set sometime in Dec 2022, the roof still looks lumpy. I have had many additional issues including poor customer service and lack of professionalism by the staff just to name a few .

  Priceless Home Improvement LLC provided an excellent service. Ridge and Mark were very helpful. I highly recommend them for roofing needs.
