    ************. If I could give this company a 0 rating I would. Booked a room for my son July 31 for 119US which came to ******. When my son got to the hotel there was no booking. My son had to pay for the room again which was actually less than Zenhotels. Thankfully there was a room. I called them immediately and was told I would get a refund in 3 to 5 business days. Over a month later I am still fighting to get my money back. I wish I had of read reviews beforehand. There are very little positive reviews and these are probably done by Zenhotels. They also go by Emerge travel and *******.

    This company scammed me out of $1000. I went to visit my dying dad in ******* and my family double booked our stay. I called within 20mins of making the reservation and they would do anything. The hotel even refunded my stay but this company kept the money. I hope the all get to experience the heart ache my family has and be robbed at the same time. Never use this site!

    Do Not book with this shady company.

    I made a reservation online with them for a location, Date and lodging type they showed on their 3rd party website that I needed for my family. I didn't get what Zenhotels showed me after my booking, It was complete opposie of it. They are shady, scammers and crap. I can't get any of money back.

    DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! You may think you can change dates, but you cannot. You do not even know if the company has requested the date change on your behalf or even the negotiation for the cancellation penalty, and you cannot even mention that there is a date availability on the dates you need on their website for ease of change of dates. You cannot find a number readily available for customer service on the website. You have to google "number, zenhotels.com" I have placed several requests to obtain a number with the web service and the customer service messages, but no one returned them. Supposedly, their customer service is 24/7. It is not. You may receive a response to your message 2-3 days after you submit a question. If you cancel the reservation, that requires additional information, even if the customer service representative told you that the dates cannot be changed. You are managed by 20+ different people, and everyone weighs in with their own opinions. I was later told that I could have changed the dates. You are going to lose money if you go with the service. Please use a better service. If you place a complaint, it's called a claim. You can email to file a complaint, but you will not hear a response from them at all.
