      Let me start from the beginning, lots of new employes. I get it they are in the training, but they need guidance don't just throw them to the fire, listen and observe them. First off the person who checked me said they didn't have my reservation. Which is daunting to hear because I booked months in advance I showed her my "Priceline" reservation. She was under the training system. I was okay with that because she was new. She then responded that my reservation was with booking.com and not priceline, with I responded with yes they are the same company. Again I was fine with that, she then couldn't get the registration card printed. So continues to say out loud say my FULL name in the lobby and room number. Not discrete at all. Please train them to be discrete about this situation. Have them read up on the Polaris Project this is truly a women's nightmare, no one stopped her from continuously saying my full name and room number out loud across people. I honestly was in shock if my Boyfriend wasn't with me, I would have asked her to change my room. The moment we walked into the room and turned on the lights. The lights flickered and it was extremely humid. We quickly changed to go out for the night, the floor felt as if it was not swept or vacuumed. Extremely sandy and uncomfortable. When we showered your immediately faced with the most dusty ventilation which didn't even work. The door in the bathroom doesn't close properly because of the humid and expansion of the wood. Not to mention one of the rooms didn't have a bed sheet cover or comforter. I cant make this up! Terrible! Our last night I woke up in the middle of the night coughing and wheezing, then in the morning I had difficulty breathing. Well it was because I was sleeping right next to mold. BLACK Mold. I took pictures, completely unacceptable. Never staying here, I was quite kind and understanding even up until check-out to request to speak to a manager. No one has yet to follow up with me. Don't stay here!

      The room I stayed in had bed bugs in it. I have bite marks all over my body. The bed my babies were sleeping in was FILLED with bed bugs. You report it to the front desk and the manager has you fill out a form and tells you that someone will contact you in 72 hours. Nothing is done for you the same day. I feel that what I paid for those 3 nights should have been refunded. I even took pictures and videos of the bed bugs crawling around everywhere. They moved us to another room for the few hours we had left of our stay and that room had bed bugs in it too. The hotel needs to be shut down and cleaned. Not worth the money. Especially having to pay an additional $50-$100 security fee. They need to put more time and money into cleaning them rooms. People bring their kids/babies there. That’s so nasty and scary. Something needs to be done and fast.
