    My name is ***** *. I was on Vacation in Florida. I am a Veteran Hunter. I wanted to Hunt wild hogs at which time I had never done better. My son and I set up a Hunt at Stones Guided Hunts. When I set up the hunt I was quoted an amount of $300 with the hog meat/ and a guided hunt for 1 wild hog only. So my hunt began. Riffle in hand, Larry, who later I found out was the owner, did not guide me to hunt, he just left me there in a tree stand for like 3 hours. (No guidance telling which is a trophy from a non-trophy (meat) hog.)Then he came back and he told me to shoot a wild hog. So I did, he asked me if I had hit it I replied I was not sure. So I asked Larry if we could track it down. Instead of looking for the wild hog I supposedly shot, Larry saw another wild hog coming so he told me to shoot the second hog. So I did. When it came time to pay for the hunt I was charged for 2 trophy wild hogs which I was not suppose to because I only wanted one. Larry said the hogs were old so I could not get the meat from either hogs. He kept them both. I was charged for a guide fee, 20% gratuity, 2 trophy hogs. I ended paying $1390.00 cash. The receipt didn’t even have the name of the place, he refused to give me a copy of receipt so I took of picture of it. I left there with “Nothing”. Please beware of this place. We all work very hard for our money. All the money I had bought with me for my vacation was depleted on this Scam. I’m just sorry I did not read the reviews from other guests.


    I am requesting that $890.00 be refunded (1 wild hog) $550.00
    & gratuity $240.00 guided hunt $100.00.
