    Had a qualifying life event to cancel my insurance through Plansource, all information and documentation for my life event were submitted on June 25th or before. It is now the end of the day on July 5th and its still pending. I was told it would be done by July 1st in chat, then I was told up to 7 days. Its now been 10 days and Im paying for insurance out of my paychecks that I asked to be cancelled. When I get in a chat with them, I tell them it needs to be done as soon as possible and they just end the chat instead of helping me.

    This is a complaint. First, I'd like to complain that there is no where to complain to about Plansource. Secondly, and most importantly, I need them to stop forcing a password change on me every month. I need to login to check my paystubs every month, and every month, I have to reset my password. I do not write passwords down like a moron, I memorize them. I am now up to 12 passwords memorized. There is no need for that. They already require 15 characters, upper and lower case, 2 numbers and a symbol. This is getting very annoying and it has to stop! Why even require a password if I must change it every single time I login? Thats stupid. Every 30 days, "Remember your password you just made up? Give it to us and make a new one. And don't think about using an old one again. Passwords are pointless with these guys. This is dumb! Stop it!

    On Thursday December 15, I attempted to pay my 2023 premium for supplemental health insurance through Anthem in San Antonio TX. My id number is ********** I wanted to use my Plan Source benefits card, a MC, to pay the annual premium of ********  The card number is **** **** **** **** *** *****  This card was given to me by my company with a balance of 5000 upon my retirement from ****** **** The card has been rejected over the phone due to insufficient funds. When I called PlanSource they informed me my balance was 3900. I also tried to pay on line. Plan Source suggested that I take my card to Anthem to have it swiped in person. I am in Maine, so this is impossible. I don't have the money to purchase the insurance on my own, so if I can't get this fixed, I will be forced to go without supplemental insurance for 2023.

    I retired on August 31, 2021. Apparently on January 1, 2022, PlanSource became my ***** insurance administrator. I never received a notice and never realized my premiums were not being paid until June, 2022! (NOTE : I NEVER received a notice despite them saying they were sent, AND during those months used insurance I thought I had without a hitch! No doctor, ER, or pharmacy alerted me as to any problem with coverage! I realized this only after seeing a non paid claim for an ER in June. I called them and they said the only resolution to reinstating coverage would be for me to send them $5,047.80 (6 mos premiums) and a completed and signed ACH form giving them authorization to draft future premiums (which I thought they already had). I suggested sending $5889.10 (July pmt as well) but was told both orally and in email to send the lesser amount, so I did! Over 2 weeks went by and nothing, so I called. They told me before they could start drafting premiums I had to be current n by then the July payment was due!!!! Imagine my frustration!!! So, I've now sent them (over nighted) an additional cashiers check (they only use snail mail...no wiring etc;) for $1,682.60, covering both July and August and I've yet to be reinstated! ***** coverage is for 18 months and this is only the 12th month! These people are not responsive....I've sent them all premiums to reinstate me (back to Jan 1, as they stated) yet I'm still not covered!!! I want my coverage to be reinstated or I'm taking legal action.
