      The Worst Service!!!On top of the world Clearwater Florida hooked up with Summit the picture pixels and goes on and off every minute. Six service calls in 2 months still repeats *********** not use them for internet or tv awful.Thank you.

      Deactivated service in Nov. 2024 - continued to get billed through now 6/17 - called multiple times, each time assured the issue would be taken care of - 8 months later still here I am trying to get a refund for 8 months ******** after being 'deactivated' Worst customer service experience ever!! I'm reporting the company for elder abuse and fraud. If today's call was successful (?) I'll get a refund right at a year of trying to separate from Summit. Too bad there aren't negative star ratings.

      We switched from ******** To this garbage, so many outages. The internet has been out for 2 nights in a row so far, actually I am using my phone as a hotspot to write this review. We put up with this garbage company for a year now and we are switching back to Spectrum and if you have this service you need to drop them and go with someone else, if there is no other cable provide then get satellite and if no satellite just get internet and get online cable if you have to have cable, personally I dropped cable a long time ago.

      Something needs to be done about this company. They are the worst internet/cable provider Ihave EVER, EVER dealt with. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I have been on hold for well over 5 hours numerous times only to be disconnected and when you select the option for them to call you back, they never call you back. I work from ****** there are many outages for hours. This is VERY disruptive & I have to spend extra money on my hot spot. This is unfair due to their incompetence! Unfortunately, my internet is through my HOA and I am complaining to them to try to get them to get a new internet provider. I can't believe this company is still in business. Something needs to be done about them. I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Do the owners even know what is going on here? Just look at all of these bad reviews. That should be enough!!! OWNERS GET YOUR HEADS OUT OF THE CLOUDS AND DO SOMETING ABOUT THIS!!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!

      I don't know where to begin. I have had their service unfortunately via Monopoly from my apartment complex, in other words I have to use them. Not only was the install terribly done the actual technician did not clean up the mess which I had to do. If that wasn't bad enough no apology and or credit to my account for the install the service has been horrific which would be an understatement to say the least. I was supposed to be on auto pay somehow that was knocked off and I started accruing fees and I was promised to not only receive credit for those fees but to receive additional credit on top of those fees for my inconvenience AKA patients in time which I never received any credits auto pay still has not been active no matter what I do and customer service just does not do what they actually say on the phone. It's time to elevate this to the next level. Whatever you do do not sign up with this company if you have the option to go with anyone else and I highly recommend spectrum if you live on the West coast of *******. Or literally any other company.

      Unfortunately I am saddled with this absolute worst provider of internet/phone and video because of a contract they have with our HOA. I must say their operators on the phone are polite, seemingly efficient and knowledgeable, however thats where it all ends. The service is unreliable, sporadically interrupted for no plausible reason, frustratingly archaic. Every few months, a service call is needed because of video/ audio issues: sometimes pixilation, at others seconds long interruptions, or other annoying hiccups in service. Nothing is ever permanently fixed, its a series of bandaids just to push the underlying issues into the future.If your community is considering SUMMIT BROADBAND, my advice, JUST SAY NO!JG ******, **

      I have been a Summit Broadband customer for [X months/years], and my experience has been frustrating. The network is unreliable, with outages, and inconsistent performancefar below what was promised in the service agreement.Ongoing *********************** Interruptions Outages occur without warning.Unresponsive Customer Support Calling customer service often leads to long wait times and unhelpful responses. Instead of providing solutions, I am repeatedly told to reboot my ******************* Failures The provided hardware (modems and set-top boxes) is outdated, unreliable, and frequently requires replacement due to refurbished replacements.Despite repeated complaints, Summit Broadband has failed to address these issues or offer meaningful resolutions. For a company that provides a critical utility like internet service, reliability should be a top prioritybut it seems customer satisfaction is not a concern.I urge Summit Broadband to take customer complaints seriously, improve their infrastructure, and provide the service they advertise. Until then, I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable internet provider.

      Originally installed in June/July 2024... The speeds (when they work) are great. However within 2 months, suddenly the bill (supposed to be $100/month for 1GB service INCLUDING EVERYTHING.. was $208.00. For September they apologized and billed $95?! Wait... We paid June/July/August at $303.00 when it should have been $300 and somehow that makes up for it?Contacting ******************* is also a nightmare. Multiple times when inquiring, the person on the other end would actually become rude and type things like... "Yes, we see your service was out for 3-4 hours. We can't do anything about that now." Or my favorite was... "Sorry that your service isn't working, but would would you like me to do about it?"It's now January 2025 and we get 5-10 outages EVERY week, from 5 minutes long to 2-3 hours long. Reaching **************** has become a joke and they have yet to actually give us any kind of bill credit larger than $5 at a time. I will be seriously considering changing providers back to xFinity or ******** They were slower, but 100% reliable and when issues did arise, they were quick to credit $20, even $50 for even a small outage.

      So I'm paying for a 2GB internet service. I have 2GB coming into my house but the router provided by Summit can only deliver 1GB speed to my devices, with WiFi speeds of about 200MB. My streaming is terrible! Constant pausing and disconnecting. I've called many times and had techs to my house to discuss this issue but Summit keeps sending 21 year old sub contractors who know absolutely nothing except to replace the hardware. They say that I have the latest and greatest router, but it's not able to provide the speed I'm paying for. Unfortunately, I'm in an HOA and have no other choice. Otherwise, I would dump this company and find another provider what actually delivers to my devices, not just incoming to the house. Terrible company! If you have any other choice use it!
