      On Saturday December 7 2024 I lost my keys at a parade. Called a calling service that said a technician would call me back. *** ******* called me back came out and replaced my key. After doing so he made sure to show me what light the car makes of the key was not programmed. About 24 hours later my car will not start and I know its because the key is not programmed, because I was just taught. Call Mr. ******* back and am told I will need to pay another $100 to replace the chip again. My car will not lock or unlock, I was not given the option to get another key or any other remedy than pay more money. I believe this is a scam. I called the customer service line, it sounds like a ***** in his living room told me hed call me back and then refused to answer again. The website in the card goes to a different company that has nothing to do with Mr. ******* or his company this is a scam. Im out $300 and no working key.
