      Had my acreage listed with many realtors over 15 years with no luck. ***** with Journey Family Properties emailed me a fair offer with all escrow, realtor and inspection fees covered by the buyer. My main concern was is this a scam?. Contacted the escrow company who verified it was not. ***** and her team kept in touch with everyone during the sale. She returned any emails with questions promptly. So happy to sale my land has been sold. Highly recommend Journey Family Properties, *****, and her team!

      Had my land up for sale with a number of agents over 10 years with no luck. Lots of very low ball offers and scammers also. ***** with Journey Family Properties contacted me and found a buyer who offered a fair purchase price, paid all escrow fees, paid for inspections, and selling fees. ***** kept the sellers, buyers, and escrow company all informed. Always responded to my questions in a timely manner. The process was quick and easy. My greatest fear was this is a scam. After contacting the escrow company I found Journey Family Properties was legit. I highly recommend Journey Family Properties, ****** ****** and their team. A wonderful experience!

      Julia contacted me by telephone and informed me as to who the title company would be as well as the escrow closer coordinating everything perfectly. I was a little concerned over the short time to close the transaction but it was completed on time according to the agreement. I have been involved with title/escrow/real estate sales for over 30 years both as Limited Practice Officer/Designated Escrow Officer and Real Estate Broker and I would not hesitate to recommend Julia from Journey Family Properties.......she was outstanding!
