    TERRIBLE ****************** SERVICE I ordered patches from their other online store PATCHES EXPRESS, which has the same address and owner as LAPEL PINS EXPRESS. The patches were completely botched and not QC'd at all. It looked nothing like the proof that was sent. Out of 75 only two were ok even though the colors were completely wrong. To make matters worse, I ordered the patches for an event overseas. They promised delivery on a certain date but ***** lost the package. I asked for a refund several times bc I was only ordering for the event overseas and they knew this. Instead of refunding me, they reordered without my permission even though they knew I would not be in the ** to receive them. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you're looking for nice quality patches within a decent time, this place isn't it.
