    10/2/23 New machine was purchased and underwent training at Laser Photonics Facility.3 days after first use, machine had a connection issue. I paid return shipping to ******* for the repair, which took 27 days to complete.12/5/23 the machine had a focusing issue.44 days after issue began the unit is repaired I pay return shipping to ******* for repair requesting to speak with the director about the recurring issues.11 days of pressure later, director returns my calls.I requested multiple times for no repair to be made prior to the director contacting me which Laser Photonics agreed to.The machine was repaired and shipped back to me before the Director made contact despite a written agreement on multiple occasions.After 113 days of owning the machine, after breakdowns and lapses in customer service it has been fully functioning 36 days. This is an expensive machine, and it should be expected to function properly.Many calls and emails go unanswered, and the issues on behalf of the machine and employees are not up to Laser Photonics' standard.
