      I give them zero stars. Their technician took it upon himself, without approval to butcher my 30+ year old Sago. He also chose to leave the trimmings piled up in my yard. The Sago was the center piece of our front yard. We lived the way it looked with the many layers of branches gracefully falling to the ground. My wife and I hate the way Sagos look when they are trimmed up to their head. We feel violated by this company.Their owner took 7 days to respond to complaint and has taken no action to rectify the situation other than firing us a *********** 40 years of home ownership this is the worst customer service we've ever experienced.We are considering filing a vandalism complaint with the ****************************** as this company and their employee had no permission to ruin our landscaping.
