      My wife and I were involved in an accident in May 2022. Service is ok with our attorney *************************. The quick chiropractic care was good. Also.... I'm a disabled Veteran that was hurt in Korea. I just received a new knee October 28,2022. Fast forward to the morning of Friday November 4th. ***************** knew I was going to pick up a good sized checked at the *********** office. But **************** failed to mention the *********** office has moved. I had to walk looking for the office that wasn't there. ***************** failed to tell me her office moved two years ago. Also... the phone number didn't work either. I got ahold of ***************** and had to go ************************************************************* advertisements of *****************************'s office. My father in law has to drive me, so we pick up the check. We drive to ***** to have my wife sign the check. We deposit the check. Next morning while paying bills, our bank takes all the money back and the say insufficient funds. Contact issuer of the check. I have been talking to the bank and there is still not enough funds to cover it on Monday November 7th 2022. I keep asking ***************** and she has blamed her accounting department and her bank. Again my bank said this morning... insufficient funds. My bank is bouncing all the credit cards I used to pay for this accident that wasn't my fault. My family is feeling it. Happy Veterans Day!

      Good afternoon.The address and phone number provided by ****** for *****************************'s *********** ** office has been corrected.
      On Thursday 5th of January 2023 I missed a call from **************, a senior partner at ****************************** law office. I returned his call. He expressed his apologies over what happened. He said he spoke with ***************************** and they agreed to waive the fees for my case for the aggravation in dealing with my wife's case.
      Also, on Monday 9th of January 2023 my attorney ************************* called and informed me that the final lien reduction was in the process. Hopefully my case and business with this law firm will be concluded within 30 to 60 days.
