      The Vault is an absolute SCAM! The site does not allow access even with preset email and passwords. If you are lucky enough to finally get in, your bottle of choice will be gone because the site will not take your payment (even if preset in the system) and it will kick it you out to start the entire process over. Not sure why ABC offers when they knowingly are not providing products to members. My suggestion is to support your local small retail package stores. They care. By the way, I had to choose a star rating because this review will not poste with less than 1 star.

      We purchased a Drink machine one year ago from ABC FINE WINE AND SPIRITS. To our surprise the company discontinued the drink machine. I'm currently a Gold key level customer and my machine is registered. We would visit the store 2 to 3 times a week in search for the drink pods. We asked several staff members when would the pods come back into stock? They told us they didn't know and it's up to distribution. After, visiting several locations due to this product consistently being out of stock. I decided to go online to order and that's when I learned Drink Works were no longer in business. They were giving customers full refunds if they returned the machine by a certain deadline. At this point l had just missed the deadline! I'm upset because none of this was communicated by the staff at ABC Fine Wines. I reached out several times to corporate for an refund. I've been getting nothing but the run around. I spoke with Brian Thomas on 7/1/2022 who promised to help me resolve this issue. Within a couple hours I received a email from Shaheen ****** (Guest Service Coordinator)requesting proof of purchase. I sent over my receipt right away. I heard nothing else from that point. I reached out again on 7/18/22 to Shaheen ****** and got no response. I'm so disappointed in ABC Fine Wine! I purchased the machine because, I thought that they were a reputable company! I've spent lots of money with this company and would've thought they would treat a loyal customer with more value and respect!

      The ABC team has tried several times, on your behalf, to request money back from the vendor and manufacturer of this product. They informed us that the extended window offered to receive a refund by returning the product has ended and they are no longer willing to address any issues related to the product as that division has gone out of business. The registration of the product is with the manufacturer, not ABC, so our team would have no way of knowing if information about ********** going out of business was sent to all purchasers. We do not like seeing any guest deal with this level of frustration, even when the matter is out of our control, however, our Guest Experience manager will be contacting you in an effort to do what we can.
