      I went to the establishment on October 18th 2022 to get a oil change. On November 1st 2 weeks after my engine seized. No oil at all. My mechanic stated there was no way i recieved oil within two weeks when he checked there was no oil, we do not have an oil leak or anything. I requested camera footage for this particular day and they do not want to share the footage. The area Manager claimed my engine had a recall and it did not. Stated he wasn't going to help because of my past history of invoices but cannot share the footage for that particular day. I honestly feel vavoline is hiding the footage because of fault and refuse to want to help me.
