    I was a loyal customer and was not given the courtesy of timely notification of the mailbox renewal. As I have been homeless, unfortunately trying to survive has been a mainstay of everyday existence and I didn’t even remember when I originally rented the box.

    I needed to renew but the delay in the form being put in the mailbox meant I had already paid my bills for the month and had no money left until the paycheck at the beginning of the next month. Of course, as a former small business owner, I believed in customer service which I did things in a timely manner - but considering they misplaced a package of mine for over two months, I shouldn’t be surprised at the lack of service.

    May this store be rewarded with this type of understanding and not be informed of timely issues. But common sense, common courtesy and more so business ethics are no longer in style.
