    I have always received my mail & packages on time, but as of last year in 2022 I've noticed failures with deliveries. Could be the changes of post mail persons. I notice the mailman that runs where I reside (semoran corner) is usually on his hands-free phone while delivering mail & I believe this distraction only leads to mistakes with proper deliveries. I don't think they should be allowed on phones while delivering mail to residents. I don't like getting other residents' mail or neighbors bringing me my mail due to the mailman's mistake or not on focus status. The same goes for missing packages not delivered properly to the correct address. Improvements are seriously needed in this area.
