    On November 5, 2024, I went to my local *** Store #**** located at *********************************************************************************, to ship internationally (******************) a backpack gift I purchased for my daughter. The attending associate ******* H went over the different shipping services, time ranges and respective costs. I agreed to use ****************** ******************* as the cost seemed reasonable, $77.82, and it would take a maximum of 21 business days to arrive at its destination (specified by the associate), which was sufficient for it to arrive before the desired time frame. I provided the associate with all the information that he requested, including the destination address. Unfortunately, the package never reached its intended destination. Using the tracking number provided UA471564712US, it details it has been in transit since November 10, 2024, with no additional updates. I reached out to the original *** store where the package was sent and spoke with Ucenia, the store manager. She suggested I should contact **** directly as this service was not their responsibility. I contacted **** **************** and spoke with an associate which explained that **** only ships to the republic of Panama to specified ************ ************************* an important fact that was never properly explained by the *** store associate ******* *. He only requested that I provide the intended destination! This error should be clear knowledge of the attending associate so that he can advise appropriately, and I could have made the right decision and provided the correct information, rather than having a lost package with no way to track. Terrible customer service that blames other carriers for there mistake! They never followed up with me or put any effort in helping me locate my lost package. I am requesting a refund for $227.82 that includes the shipping cost plus the lost item cost. I can provide all the original receipts, and any additional information requested.

    Thank you for getting back to me regarding this concern! The franchise store management team has not gotten back to me. I contacted the *** store corporate office customer service.  After a lot of time, effort and discussion, they finally decided to reimburse me, but for only the shipping cost ($77.82) but not the cost of the lost item ($150 backpack). This is absurd as the lost item was due to their negligence! It seems they do not own up to their customer service responsibilities!

    A package was sent by *** on 06/06/2024 leaving the city of *******, ******* towards the city of ******, ********the package was approximately 22lbs and contained 3 rolls of wallpaper.the package was not delivered and on 06/19/2024 a complaint was opened, after several contacts and the sending of some documents to prove the value of the items, *** sent me a check in the amount of $1,000.00 including the contracted insurance amount and the value of the items is $2,000.00, again I got in touch explaining that I had taken out insurance for the value of $2,000.00 and I received an email informing that the maximum amount that the company reimburses is $1,000.00 I don't know how to proceed with this situation, because I took out insurance and paid for it, they lost the package and they don't want to pay?Tracking Number: 1ZK37WT40335800832 Claim Number: **********A
