    The date of the first incident was July 1st 2024 they provide a window to pay the rental fee between 1st-5th of the month. On the 3rd day of July I attempted to pay rent and seen it was blocked to where I could not pay. I then attempted to pay the following 3 days and they kept blocking the payment. On the 6th *************** delivered a late fee to the door of my mobile home on **************** because they kept blocking the payment. I attempted to contact upper management on why these actions were being taken and they did not ever give me a reasoning. I have requested a copy of their Conway Circle policy book to see where it states that this is legal to even do. As of today I still have yet to be able to make a payment,get in contact with them regarding this issue nor received the copy of the book. I looked into legal advice for this because they have been trying to evict me from the premises without any explanation. Therefore I'm reaching out to the BBB to investigate how I can avoid them taking my families property. This women is very unprofessional and has been harassing me for months Lakeshore Management needs to be responsible for her actions.
