  ***** this company for a **** job they managed to complete it in ***** doing a great job. I will be referring to friends and family for all block work needs. Me and My wife are very satisfied with how everything turned out in such short period??

  I am incredibly impressed with the service I received from *** and his crew. The service was very outstanding,they are very helpful and responsive when I hade a question. Overall great company job completed to my satisfaction with no complaints I will be definitely using this company again great work thanks again.

  We had a few projects for *** and his team to complete: a retaining wall with concrete slab, a window cut in, and a window fill in. There is no expansion joint in the slab, and it is pitched towards the house so now rain water collects and pools up against our home and the new retaining wall. We asked for it to be fixed and when they came back they somehow made it even worse. The backside of the retaining wall is not sealed and half of the footer is above the grade of the pad. The window ***** on our fill-in are not level. When they started the window cut out they didn't prep and filled our entire home with concrete dust. The bricks for our window cut out were not removed and replaced properly to match the other side of our home. *** smelled of booz on the second afternoon of the project, buried his truck in our yard, and we are still finding cigarette butts, concrete remnants all over our yard from his workers. A truly awful experience.

  This customer did not provide blue prints or dumpster.we did 3 jobs for this customer.I was unaware of this customer dissatisfaction because we performed 3 phases.I'm so disappointed because I I was under the impression that he was satisfied before we left.He did not have a dumpster so we had to haul all debris away to a landfill.His father-in-law was very impressed and we were under the impression that he and his wife were impressed as well.We have never experienced a customer like this because if you were so dissatisfied why would you allow my team to perform not one but three different phases.When the customer doesn't have blue prints of course there's going to be miscommunication if he's uncertain of the measurements ********** team performed 3 different jobs, I'm confused because we could have part ways after the first job.The customer didn't have blue prints bottom ******** can't say one thing and change after the fact, bottom line.

  When *** first arrived at the job site for the bid, he did not communicate that we needed to have a dumpster ready, nor did he communicate he needed blue prints. He also did not bring a tape measure, notepad or writing utensil to get measurements during the initial assessment of the work. After the first mishap while pouring the footing in the wrong location, I asked *** if he would like me to draw out plans for the project immediately. He said no, he understood what we were asking from him and his team. I informed him at that moment that we were unhappy about the quality and service of the work. *** stated he would fix the issues, only to come back the next day and make them worse. The reason we were so polite the end of our project, was so that we could get his team off our property as soon as possible after *** showed signs that he was potentially intoxicated. You could smell the alcohol on his breath since the late afternoon. *** stated he would come back the next day to clean up. I walked my property that evening and collected all of the plastic bottles, cigarette butts and broken concrete pieces. I piled all of the broken concrete, block and bricks that were used during the job into a neat pile by the side of the home so his team wouldn't have to walk all over the property to pick up the mess they made. We also gave *** twelve bags of concrete for free to help cover the cost of some of the concrete that was wasted during the initial pouring of the concrete footer and slab. We have never worked with a contractor who was this unprofessional.
