      I received a bill in the ********** simply like to pay it, however, every time I enter the account number on the bill to pay the website keeps saying it's the incorrect number. I've called their customer service phone number many, many times & no one ever answers the phone. I've also left numerous voicemail messages, but never get a call back. Today I entered the option #2 to hopefully reach a different department that would answer the phone & assist me. I was only asked what the date of the procedure was & then she rudely immediately transferred me without even saying "hold on". After being on hold a woman came on the line & said because of the account number I had that starts w/ a "um" I need to call a certain number. I noticed it was the number I was calling all along over & over! So I called back yet again& pressed option #2 again & the same rude young lady picked up the phone & cursed me out like I was an animal out in the streets somewhere. I then emailed their customer service info email address to file a complaint about my experience w/ that woman & to hopefully get some assistance, but still nothing. I do NOT want this bill to eventually be past due all because I can't just get someone on the phone at this company to assist me. This experience has been terrible & I just need to pay my bill! Account Number on the bill - ********************* The phone ************** I used... ************ ext/option #2 ******************************* I've called Quest Diagnostics numerous ************ keep stating these are not their account numbers.Also... a *** just called me about 1 hour ago stating she was returning my call from one of the many voicemail messages I've left & said she remembers speaking w/ me. She put me on hold for a long time & then told me a manager was about to call me right back right now. Again, that was 1 hour ago. Yet another incompetent, unprofessional employee at AmeriPath.
