    1) They write fake product reviews on their site. I am unable to post a personal review even after receiving the product over two months ago.

    2) Their products have a sizing chart that is wrong and the only recourse is to pay high shipping fees to exchange the product for a different one. Company takes no responsibility for their misleading product descriptions either.

    After exchanging the first pair of pants, I had to pay essentially double to have the pair exchanged. AND IT WAS ALSO TOO LONG.

    3) Materials are cheap polyester. But “reviewers” claim the products are of high quality. Also, not made in US.

    4) Shipping fees are very high, but delivery is super slow. Customs fees are exuberant.

    Hi!  Thanks for taking the time to write!  Unfortunately, in fairness to readers of your review, it is important to point out that your review is overlooking many key points.


    Namely -


    1) Our reviews are solicited and verified by an industry leading, 3rd party company called ********


    We have no way to "fake" reviews.  All reviews on our sites come from verified purchasers, for only the products they purchased, and posted at their discretion. It is libelous for you to accuse otherwise.  Please see the review verification certificates posted on our site.


    2) You are based in Canada.  As such, when you selected postage for BOTH - you were offered the following postage option - "Canada _Standard (EXCLUSIVE of any Customs Duties/Brokerage/VAT/HST/GST/PST which may be due on receipt)"


    3) If the above statement at checkout that your postage fees did NOT include customs fees, brokerage or duties as imposed by your home country were not clear to you, our FAQ page (links posted throughout the site - at the top and bottom of every page) and our returns page (2 links at the top of every page and 1 at the bottom, PLUS a link on every product page under product details) specifically detail all terms for purchase and return of products that are shipped outside the US.   We are clear on both FAQ and returns that we have no power over when or whether or what amount is charged for duties or customs fees and they are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.   We are also clear that because we subsidize on average 50% of the high postage costs for orders placed outside the US, as well as complexities due to duties and customs, we are unable to subsidize any return shipping costs for international orders.  


    4) Regardless, as a courtesy to our customers, we welcome returns from international orders for store credit. 


    None of this should have been a surprise to you as all terms are made VERY clear on our site.


    5)  You placed an order in June and returned it.  You were issued full store credit.


    6) You placed a second order in July for 2 pair (2 different styles), using your store credit for partial payment.  You then emailed several times - 1st to say you were angry about having to pay customs duties when you avoided them the first time.  Given the second order was a larger total, you owed taxes - that is based on your countries policies , not ours.


    Then you emailed a second time saying one of the 2 was too long.  There was never a mention of a quality issue with the pants.  That an item simply doesn't fit is something that happens- different styles fit differently - we actually describe in the product details that rise affects overall length, and to consider this when selecting your length.  No matter, that's why we have return policies in place.  So, we respectfully reminded you of return instructions and welcomed you to send the pair back again for store credit.  But  you wanted to drive the pants to a physical location stateside (we don't have one - we are not a brick and mortar store) or for us to do anything else  to address "your issue" (namely that you didn't want to incur return postage fees. 


    I'm sorry that you felt inconvenienced, but our policies are clear.  We respectfully and within 1 business day responded to your every email and concern, and provided solutions to your concerns including a return option for the pants that simply did not fit you lengthwise. We offered the same policies and solutions we offer all customers ordering from outside the United States.  Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions simply because you do not feel you personally should follow the policies laid out for and followed by all other customers, or pay the duties and customs fees paid by your fellow citizens.
