    Received faulty scooter. Battery died. Would not charge. Delivery guy even said it was faulty. When we called we got no help until we agreed to pay the additional fee. Had to sit in hot sun and loud noise (from nearby entertainment) for 21/2 hrs while waiting for replacement for which we were charged additional $40. Felt sick from heat, noise, and stress so had to leave Disney early missing time with family from N.J. Also had to return scooter to hotel early missing more time. Rented from them because I was afraid scooters would be gone by the time we got to Disney parks and they deliver to hotel. I am 78 and handicapped (both hips replaced, torn meniscus, arthritis, and recent cancer treatments). Wonder if they deliver that faulty scooter to earn an extra $40 regularly. VERY POOR SERVICE!

    This is the first that this is being brought to the attention of upper management. Regardless, this is NOT how our team is trained, and certainly NOT how we operate our business. We are beyond perplexed at how this situation was handled, and will be looking into this immediately.

    Unfortunately, the Name Judith Thomas is not coming up in our system. If there was a different name the rental was held under, we would kindly ask to have that information forwarded to us so we can review the reservaiton and the phone calls between the guest and our team.

    If, after reviewing the reservation and the phone calls, this is found to be even partially accurate, we will be refunding the guest the $40.

    once we have the customer information, we will fully investigate. Once that is complete, regardless of the findings we will have a member of our ownership team contact hte guest.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and will have this rectified and made right by the geust.
