    Bought a mobility scooter and the charger stopped working after 8 months. Tried contacting company and can not get an answer.

    Purchased Triaxe Sport Scooter on October 11, 2021 from Progress Mobility LLC for US $2328.00 fully paid with MasterCard. Item purchased was never received, At first, vendor claimed "supply chain problems" and then became unresponsive to phone and email contact attempts. This is fraudulent and I demand a full refund.

    I ordered a scooter from Progressive Mobility, order ****** for $2414 in July, 2021 which was never delivered. I can get no satisfaction from this company, neither receipt of the product or refund of my money. I believe this is theft and perhaps fraud as well as I see there are many other people who have experienced the same thing with this company. I need your help. I would like a refund of my money.

    Purchased motor scooter on November 3,2021
    Purchase price was $1369.00 (paid with credit card)
    Originally told delivery would be 7-10 days
    On January 21, was told because of covid and supply problems delivery would be delayed 125 more days.
    Have not received scooter and company does not respond to repeated phone calls and emails.

    I am permanently disabled due to a motor vehicle accident on the New York Tru-way going from Albany, NY to Kingston, NY on April 13, 2021 and have difficulty getting in and out of bed so on July 6, 2021 I gave an order to Progress Mobility for an electric bed that goes up and do and the head and feet area also going up and down using a remote control for $845.00. However, upon delivery I found out that it was in fact a semi-electric bed that only goes up and down tat you had to use a crank (not supplied) to get the head and feet to go up and down. I emmidiately called them and the promised to send the crank. I told them that was not why I called it was because I did not get what I ordered. They told me to hold for customer service then I got disconnected. I have been trying ever since to make contact but the phone rings then I am disconnected. Before filing this complaint I tried to get them on the internet and received a message : Store unavailable - This store is currently unavailable due to maintenance. It should be available again shortly. We apologiza for any inconvenience caused." Based on this I am seeking your assistance for them to arrange to get back the semi-electric bed and supply me the correct elfully electric bed or refun in full my payment of $845.00.
