    On September 16 of 2022 I trade in a motorcycle 2020 HD Ultra Limited for a 2022 BMW Transcontinental, I owe money thru HD financial but with the trade in dealer will paid off the amount that i owe, today October 29 of 2022 dealer didnt payoff thru HDFS and now im past due afecting my credit record, i never paid late and my record payment was 100%, i need that this dealer make the pay off asap and clean my record payment.

    The payoff for this motorcycle was mailed in 11/2/2022 and was cashed by the lien holder 11/07/2022. We take every effort we can to get all payoffs processed asap but due to processing times from banks and DMV's so take longer than others.
