    The owner of this company, ******, is unprofessional and rude. She threatened me if I left a negative review that she owns ****** Law and will sue me for defamation.

    I used College Hunks multiple times to help with moves and they never disappoint.. *********** quality is amazing and they are so helpful.. I always recommend College Hunks when friends and family ask for help moving stuff..

    College hunks team of ******* are rock stars. Professional and helpful. If you want a job done right give them a call. Job leaders are professional. They go above and beyond to protect your products. Have used multiple times and will use again.

    I just used them. Best moving experience I've ever had. On time and no damage. As a rule, I'm very picky but ****** **** was very proactive and easily exceeded my expectation. ****** was prompt and helpful throughout the process. I found them to be very affordable, timely, and thorough. In a time when finding good customer service is hard; it's nice to see a company very concerned about preserving a great reputation. I'll definitely use College Hunks again

    I've used College Hunks 3 times now and have been pleasantly surprised by the service and carefulness they took with my stuff. They packed my stuff and loaded pods for me to move cross country which it all made it and unscathed. I used them when I moved back to ******* into a home and then again had them pack and move everything to my new house. I truly thought moving was going to be ruthless but they made it easy and the guys were incredibly nice! Thank you!

    Leadership/Owners at this business cannot be trusted to follow through on what they quote/promise. Receive a quote pre-move but expect to pay at least twice that amount once the work is completed and all of the unexpected "extras" are included. Was promised a credit - in writing - but never received it - not even after filing a complaint with the BBB. Look elsewhere for your moving needs.

    Told me a set price of $50 to add a 3rd mover saying they have it record that I was told numerous times it was am extra $50/hr. They VP of the company told me I was being difficult when I asked to hear the recording and refuses to reply to me now.

    My 7 mile residential move with College Hunks recently occurred in Columbus, Georgia. The move was a nightmare from start to finish and included a significant amount of household items left at the point of origination with no explanation, numerous broken and missing items, discovered after the move, and a surprise price increase at the destination because they under bid the job. The compensation they offer for broken and missing items is a farce. It leaves them with virtually no liability.
    Do yourself a big favor and schedule your next move with anyone but this outfit

    I called and booked a move on 3/13/2023. I canceled the very next day due to my plans changing. I still haven't received my refund of 98.00 back. I keep getting the run around about it. I've been told from customer service that all they can do is keep sending messages to the franchise. I've been also emailing them. I was told via email that someone will call me about it which have not happened. This is not acceptable it was so easy to take my money and now I have to go thru all of this to get it back. I would never recommend this company. It looks like I will have to dibute it with my bank which I should not have to do.
