    ***** is a BROKER although they will lie and tell you they have affiliates all over the U.S. What they negotiate with you will be completely bogus after you make your downpayment to them. We had a TERRIBLE experience when they miscalculated the size of truck we needed to make our move from ** to **. Another company showed up without making the 24 hr. ahead call and then left us with over 1/2 of our household unpacked at 9 pm. We are seniors and did not know what to do. Calls and texts to ***** went unanswered. Someone claiming to be the owner (***** - who would not give his last name) called and made threats on the night the truck was loaded. Three Hispanic men - only one spoke English - loaded and drove straight through to PA without stopping so that we would not be at the new house when they arrived. We were told by ***** that the trip would take then 5-7 days ; it took less than 3 full days. They would not take our credit card as promised and made threats to unload to storage if we did not have cash on delivery. The boxes were clearly marked but the new company TOP TIER MOVING did not acknowledge locations and just loaded anywhere. Furniture was not assembled as promised except for one king *** which fell apart when we got in it. Antiques, lamps, dressers were broken beyond reasonable repair and other furniture was marred so badly as they tried cramming everything into a small truck. We spent over $15,000 more to get our move completed which did NOT include the cost of any repairs. ***** is a lying , unethical, and bogus company. BEWARE. They are a broker and that is not what you want. A broker will hand you off to another company and all previous commitments are not met. TOP TIER, who did the actual move, was no better. We knew and still know, nothing about them and they were terrible. We are Senior Citizens and this was a nightmare. We want others to know how bad our experience was in September of 2023.
