On May 13th, I paid $445.30 for moving services with this company. During the move I had damages to my couch, steps, wall, and dresser/chest. I made this information aware to the manager-Brandi. As per her request I sent over photos and she was suppose to submit an insurance claim. After roughly 7 months, this issue still isn't resolved! I have contacted this company multiple times, via phone and emails.

I hired Move it All on May 24, 2022 for a move of household property (furniture and boxes with household goods) from Orlando, FL to Pensacola Florida scheduled for June 10, 2022. The property was delivered to Pensacola, FL on June 12, 2022. At the time of delivery, many items were noted as damaged or broken and discussed with the crew leader from Move it ALL. The crew leader, Jordan, said I contact the moving company and they will then work with me for the insurance claim. I asked repeatedly before I scheduled the move about insurance and I was informed that the company is insured for property damages that occur during the move. I contacted the company numerous times via telephone and email about filing a claim. Every time I spoke with someone, I would get a different request. When I asked to speak with the person I previously spoke with, I was told she was not available. The emails I sent were never confirmed and thus I always followed up with a phone call and I would then receive confirmation of receipt of the email. I sent pictures and explanation of damages three times based on what the person said I needed to continue with the claim. Today, September 27, 2022, I was informed that I should have purchased my own insurance prior to the move and that I was sent an email about this insurance. I asked to have the email sent to me again and I can assure you, I was never sent this email nor was I ever told that I had to purchase my own insurance for property damage. I would have never contracted with this company for a long distance move if they had no liability on the damages to the property during the move. This company refuses to accept my claim and repair/replace the damaged property. I don't believe a moving company should not have any liability for damages to property under their care for a long-distance move. Is this the way it works in Florida when a moving company is issued a business license? I have recorded all the dates and communication for this complaint
