      0npassive is a scam. No one but ****************** has received money in 5 1/2 years.The SEC is suing them for selling unregistered securities, being a MLM and *** and his wife using the $108 million for their own personal expenses like spa treatments, fancy meals and karate lessons. The trial will start in June 2025.***************************************************

      ***************************************has as I am being treated the same. OnPassive a tech company that has AI Based products, for marketing and etc. My primary complaint is the due to the reason of false and misleading claims. OnPassive is an *** - Network Marketing company despite their claims that they're not. They also claim that anyone who joined and payed to become a Founder with them could receive a REFUND NO QUESTIONS ASKED for any reason. Which has been a FALSE claim. They do not HONOR their own claims.
      I ended my relationship witth OnPassive last week and requested a refund, at first they said they would refund my $97.00. Then ON 8/3/2022 John ****** of their support team emailed and said they need more information from me, I emailed them back with everything they have asked. They have not responded to further communication from me, I have tried everyday. I contacted my sponsor, Joseph ******* and he will not respond to me either, Which PROVES OnPassive is in fact a company of NO INTEGRITY and a SCAM.

They do not HONOR their own claims. A representative from OnPassive contacted me regarding this matter by email once and asked why. I explained the reasons were due to misleading claims and that it just was not for me (I heard from no one again after that. I tried again, and again multiple times to contact the company regarding the REFUND without success. Which PROVES OnPassive is in fact a company of NO INTEGRITY and a SCAM.

      I'm adding to my original comments about OnPassive LLC
      I have received a refund. However, OnPassive said the refunded both accounts,which to my calculations is incorrect. With purchasing two accounts the charge was $99 plus fees per for each. I was only refunded $104 - there's a bit too much of a miscalculation by OnPassive.

    Onpassive LLC is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
