I signed an agreement to pay $199 per month plus sales tax, for a dedicated desk membership at the *********** FL location. the last time they respected the legally binding agreement was 08/16/2024. After that they fabricated a document changing the price without my consent, I never signed it, they then fabricated transactions on their need that don't exist in an attempt to rectify the situation in the most convoluted and ******ed way possible, which ended up creating confusion on their end, so they then auto billed me for a total of ******, which means they STOLE *****, ******-207.70=$*****. Then on 09/30/2024 I was invoiced a partially paid $256.07 bill.... of which they want only $5.69.... for what exactly? because **AIN I signed an agreement, consenting to a specified price, anything other than that price is fraud on the part of Regus,.... ALL OTHER CREDITS AND TRANSACTIONS ARE FABRICATED AND NOT REFLECTED IN MY BANK ACCOUNT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE ALL THIEVES THEY OWE ME $***** in refund, and they need to stop trying to charge me the $5.69 Even if they do that, I'm still submitting this information to the BBB, and the ** of ******* and *****.

I signed up for Regus **************** to provide me office space on Jan 31 and for only one month which should have been $379.00. But after I signed up online, they kept wanting to charge me more and no space was available and so I called in and asked them what was going on and they said their system is not working. So I said I wanted my money back because I needed to use y purchase the next day and for that first week in Feb. So they gave me a refund for the $379.00 and $12.23. Then I saw that they also charged me those amounts again on the same day, Jan 31, so they charged me twice but only gave me a refund for one of them. Then they also charged me again on Feb 15 for $379.23. My refund should be $379.00+$12.23+$379 = $770.23. I have tried to call and they provide a number but they are never ever open! I am not sure what to do but I think this could be a scam business too! When I gave me credit card they just keep trying to charge me over and over and no services are even available when I look and there is no one working unless you want to get office space then they answer and take your credit card.

After this complaint, this company continued to take money from my account and would not stop.  I believe this to be fraud.  I had to contact my bank and close my account so they would stop charging me and because I could not make them stop even after speaking with one of their employees on the phone.  All they would do is take credit card number to reserve office space but could not cancel at that number employee said.  Number provided was never open when I called for me to speak with anyone.  I am sure this is fraud which is why they are probably not going to respond so consumers please be aware of this scam. I guess the case can be closed since I contacted bank to close my credit card so it could not be charged anymore.

I have **ntinued to **ntact the Regus Office Space business to make them stop charging my ac**unt each month but they do not respond. They do however still have the one line to take your credit card info to rent an office that is always full or not available but they still say to call another number to cancel but no one ever answers that number no do they get back to me.

I **ntacted my credit card and they also filed a dispute twice (once for *** and once for Feb) and those have also resulted in no response from the business and I was provided a refund for both months.  The business has **ntinued to charge me again in March so another dispute was filed with my credit card ** and they will need to wait to see if **mpany responds before they can issue the refund for ************ The **mpany will probably **ntinue to charge me so I guess I will need to **ntinue to keep doing disputes until the credit card **mpany does something additional to stop it from happening.  The credit card **mpany said they blocked the **mpany but it still **ntinues to happen each month so far.  Very strange situation.  I guess you can just open a fake business and **ntinue to charge a credit card and the credit card **mpany will keep reimbursing the customer and possibly never do anything about it while the business makes lots of money.

This company is the worst. I want to warn people of their work ethics. They act like theyre trying to help you. I was ill-advised by an employee at the location who told me to open an account to a different Waze is charging me now for two accounts refusing to cancel, saying I signed a contract. Ive never even been to the location and Ive been trying for three months to cancel this. I had to end up going through my credit card company and blocking them.

regis is advertising on their website that their plans start at 1 month to try it out, but automatically sign you up for 12 month contract. And when 1 month had a late payment they have send a letter requesting the close of the membership in the amount the was double the amount of 12 months.
And there is no way to cancel membership anywhere on their website.
