While driving a total of 2 quarts of il had to be added On Sunday while driving around after a couple of hours, the check oil light came on once again. We purchased two quarts. Upon putting the second quart in the trunk we found oil all over the rear bumper. I told him to monitor the oil closely and immediately return to *******. This was at approximately 4:30 pm. At around 11 ************** Alternative called and said they found that the engine drain plug was loose, and the Filter plug was missing the Oring seal. Also the entire undercarriage of the vehicle soaked with oil. The total cost of the check, repair and parts came to $352.26. This issue was 100% due to the Take 5 persons and lack of quality control to perform the work considering loose and missing items, I am requesting a complete refund of the oil change $142.16, and the $210.10 for getting the vehicle repaired for a total of $352.26. While at the East Colonial store I explained the issue to the assistant manager who called the manager. The manager ****** was very confrontational and disrespectful on the phone and did not even want to discuss the matter. On 6/14/2024, I arrived at the business at approximately 8:30am and the manager was not in. I was told he should be in soon. When he arrived, he immediately tried changing the subject and attempted to interject something was racist. When questioned about what he was trying to insinuate, he said he did not mean to say that and changed the subject. I showed him the picture of the filter plug missing the Oring and the findings for the vehicle. -I am also including four attachments.- Complete description of the issue - Picture of the filter plug on the left side missing the O'ring - Take 5 ********** ************** Alternative Receipt
