    This was an absolutely horrible experience. I would give this entire process 0 stars if I could. I ordered this the weekend before Memorial Day bc 1) my husband LOVES anime and 2) guaranteed delivery before Fathers Day. I placed the order ($100+!) and did a few rounds of revisions before approving the artwork. After approving the artwork, nothing. So I assumed it was in print. I didnt hear anything for a couple of weeks so I reached out inquire about the status. Thats when I found out that my order was only for the digital copy (mind you it was $100+) and they didnt even email me the digital copy of the photo until I inquired! I asked about getting the canvas (and required to pay ANOTHER $65) and was promised that it was going to be expedited only to email them now (over a month after the original order) to learn that the canvas was lost in transit. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN.

    The first portrait in 2022 was amazing. However, recent purchase in 2024 was a complete disappointment. The quality of the portrait was clearly done by **, not an artist as they claim. When I revised and gave the old picture as a reference to what I expected they did not follow instructions in my new revision of the portrait. They continue to ignore my instructions and refuse to give me a refund. They expect me to pay more for an additional revision when they never corrected it the first time. Complete false advertisement.

    Website is misleading, they tell you that all you need is one picture for the artists to create a unique drawing that turns you into an anime character. They also state that you get three free revisions if you are not satisfied with their “work”. I uploaded one picture and requested a couples drawing, a few days later they sent me a very disappointing “drawing”. This drawing literally looks like someone literally took the photo that I uploaded and ran it through one of the apps you see on the play store or App Store that turns a picture into a drawing/painting. Literally an exact replica of what I sent them, nothing that looks like anime. Nothing unique about replicating a photo, the outlines were also way off suggesting they did use an app. I requested a revision/complaint requesting they actually do what they promised but their reply was not what I expected as they advertise three free revisions, they wanted me to pay them an additional 20 to have another go at it. I replied and said they shouldn’t be charging me again bc I get three free revisions but their reply said that I should have been more specific. Don’t fall for the 5 star reviews they brag about in their site, definitely doesn’t reflect what the BBB shows.

    Absolute Frauds. Do not buy. 0 stars.
    I purchased an order for a digital print + Canvas totaling $95 (digital only was $50). They sent me an email after order confirmation that the canvas was an additional $10; I emailed them about why they charged me the total of $95 then? They were in great contact emailing me back and forth for that entire day... until I asked for a refund.
    They ghosted me for 2 weeks. Then when I emailed again for the refund they sent an email stating "as a token of our appreciation, we're sending you the canvas for free" .. I asked for a refund, not the second half of my order.
    But when I went back to my original order, I see they charged me that extra $10 + tax for the canvas! RIDICULOUS!
    I'm still working with PayPal to help refund my order.
