      Fraudulent charges from a website claiming to be a payday advance. They claim they will not charge your card but then they start charging various amounts. They started with $1, then tried $39.95. They could not get the $39.95 so they tried a smaller amount $1.95. These guys are clever by charging in this pattern to get free money and they were not supposed to charge my card at all. I had the merchant blocked.

      I placed an order on August 15,2022 totaling $91.40. The production time on the website states 5-10 business days. I have now waited 18 business days and sent follow up emails and private messages on Facebook with no response. I received a confirmation email when I placed the order and that has been the last communication that I have received from this company. I have done business with this company multiple times in the past, and this is the first time I have received this kind of treatment. I would like my money back.

      I ordered a custom phone case for my mother on July 4, 2022 from boutiqueme.com. They promptly took my $70.50 credit card payment. I still have not received the phone case. I have reached out to boutiqueme.com several times by email and cannot get a response. I cannot find a phone number on their website at all. Just an email. I am getting nowhere at getting the phone case or a refund. Order has stated "In production" since I placed it, but the website said 5-10 day processing time on orders.
