    To Whom It May Concern,
    Purchased *** **** glasses on 01/10/2022
The glasses were weak and broke in the month of October 2022.
I travel to the states only once a year for Holidays, I live in Italy, so it was impossible for me to go back and change them, I had the original bag and everything that it came with in my home in Orlando, with that in mind,
I decided to go on December 27 to Point of VIEW and ask for help, such as replacement. They mentioned that they do not do that because it is something *** **** would have to help with since the glasses came damaged from manufacturing, which does not make sense because if they get these distributed they should have assistance on these matters. I work in a company that manufactures and we deal with a lot of distributors and when there end clients have problems with our product in this case generating sets, we ask for serial number and provide a great after sales. This is not the case here. On January 10,2022 the employee "jfoy" was very helpful and said if anything happens come back and we can help you, and this was not the case.

Please help me with this topic, or full refund on these pair because they were not cheap a total of> please see receipt:

I purchased 2 pairs of glasses from Point of view totaling $820. 1 pair was sunglass lenses, and another pair was prescription glasses. The sunglass lenses I returned due to not being the correct lense color and they returned my money of $385. The prescription glasses i also returned due to that the lenses simply scratched too easily even when using the cleaning cloth that was provided along with the paint on the frame chipped away. I exhanged the glasses for another pair of glasses in which were a lower cost as well. The difference that is still owed from the original glasses to the new pair of glasses is $225.51. I have spoken to the assistant manager in store without success. Very rude as well. I spoke with the optometrist ************ and he said he would get back to me and never has. I then spoke to the regional manager ********************* ************ and she was going to contact their accounting. She left me a message on 9/23/22 @4:03pm and asked me to call her back, in which i did and there was no answer. I have tried MULTIPLE times reaching out to her and leaving her voice mails and she does not return my call. I just want what's fair and to have my money back $225.51 and go on my way. Please if you can help me this would be much appreciated. Thank you.
