    I have called OxyGo at ************ for over 4 weeks. My fathers OxyGo portable oxygen concentrator is not working. I have been told by customer service that if I couldnt find a facility that would fix it, to call OxyGo back and they would work on finding a solution. This portable oxygen concentrator is still under warranty. I called back when no facility would work on it. I have call countless times and been told by customer service that they have escalated my concern to corporate and they would contact me within 24 hrs. I called 3/8 and was told *** a field representative that works on these concentrators would call me directly and find a place and time to look at the concentrator. I received no call and called again 3/12 was told *** was ill and they would get another field representative to call me. I called 3/13 at 10:33am and was told corporate would contact me. I never received a call. I called again 3/14 at 8:57am and spoke with the same customer service representative that took multiple calls including the one from 3/13. She again stated she was putting in a different escalation and I should be receiving a call asap same day. I again still have not received any response. We just want the portable oxygen concentrator fixed. I have even stated we would pay and not use the warranty. I have offered to meet one of their field service representatives anywhere in the *************. Their is absolutely no follow through with the promises being made of getting my fathers oxygen concentrator fixed.

    Purchased 2 Oxygo portable concentrators for my 83 year old mother, **** ******* in 2020. They worked off and on for a couple of years, but neither one is still in operation. I sent one unit in to be fixed in February of 2023,(for the 2nd time) and they kept it until late April. After charging $130 for fixing it, it only lasted 3 days before it broke down again. The second unit was sent in late April 2023, and they still have it. They will not speak with me, they tell me I have to go through the medical supply store where we purchased the concentrators, but they are just a go between. Oxygo will no longer speak with them either. The two units cost over $5,000, and this is something that she is depending on to survive. They were paid in full by my mother, she didn't use insurance at all.
