      Hi ******, this email is to inform you of how upset I am with your company, I do not know who I need to speak to about this matter, but I hope it goes to the right person. First off, I received our W4 recently in the mail, which I do not know why you do not send it to our company first, so we can distribute to all our employees, since many of them leave and move away. So now our old employees are calling in about their W2 and we do not have their W2s so we ask them to contact you, but unfortunately your company is not willing to help them.Second off, I had no access to changing my status or checking my marital status on my pay stubs because my username and password was never working. Whenever I got my paychecks every week, I would just see the email but was not allowed access to mypayplease account. So, when I tried to update my username and password, the username would go to my email, even though it was a username that had the wrong spelling, so I did not set this up. Also, when I tried to change my password, the email would never come to me, I have no idea where that email will go. So, if you want to check this, you will see I never was able to log in. Furthermore, your company was supposed to transfer everything that was the same from Proliant to ******** group, well you did not do so, as the many things you did not do as a company. You were the only company that we have ever worked with that our hands were tied behind our back. This is not how payroll companies should operate. So, going forward, I received my W4 and to my surprise you put my status as MARRIED not SINGLE, which in my Proliant account it was set up as SINGLE, so again, not transferring everything over correctlyr. So, I am very frustrated with your company and we will NEVER return and if I know anyone that is about to sign up with ******** group I will highly not recommend your company and tell them to RUN AWAY as fast as they can.
